Tender is looking for a Product Designer who sits at the intersection of product thinking, conversion intuition, and visual craft.
This is a role for someone comfortable owning work end-to-end setting direction, making decisions, and standing behind them without constant hand-holding.
You’ll help shape products where money moves, decisions carry weight, and clarity is not optional. You’ll work close to the problem from the beginning, and stay with it long enough to see the real-world consequences of what you design.
